Marked by Memory Foundation was created after
documenting hundreds of roadside memorials.
What we saw changed us: the love that shows up,
the messages that remain, and the burden families
carry long after the moment no one wants to stand in.
We exist to help families in those moments.
Love remains. So do we.
We have stood at more than 200 roadside memorials. At each one we saw the flowers, the treasures, the photographs, and the handwritten messages—evidence of love that remains and a call to everyone who passes by to slow down.
But the impact of an accident reaches far beyond the mile marker. Families are left carrying grief, unanswered questions, and the financial burdens that come in the worst moments of their lives.
We created Marked by Memory Foundation to step into that space and provide immediate financial assistance for accident-related needs—so families can focus on healing.
We pay vendors directly. We remove financial stress. We give families room to breathe.
